Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Control Padel (control-padel.com), a padel tournament platform operated by Rendy Reynaldy ("we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account, or registering for a tournament, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Control Padel lets organizers run padel tournaments (registration, teams, groups, schedules, live scoring, standings, and brackets) and lets players and the public follow them. Each tournament is run by its organizer, who sets its rules, fees, categories, and eligibility requirements.

2. Accounts

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Registering for a tournament creates a player account linked to your email if you do not already have one.
  • Admin and referee access is granted by us or the organizer and may only be used for the tournaments you are assigned to.

3. Tournament registration

  • You must meet the tournament's eligibility rules and submit genuine documents (such as KTP, birth certificate, or office ID) when asked. Organizers may reject or cancel a registration that is incomplete, false, or ineligible.
  • A registration is confirmed only after the organizer approves it and, where there is a fee, verifies your payment.
  • Team, group, and schedule assignments are made by the organizer and may change before or during the tournament.
  • Players under 18 must be registered by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian.

4. Fees and payments

Registration fees are set by each organizer and paid directly to the payment details the organizer provides; you upload proof of payment to the site. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled by the organizer under that tournament's rules. Control Padel does not hold your money.

5. Public information

Taking part in a tournament means your name, photo, team, schedule, scores, standings, and results may be shown publicly on the site and in live score updates. Contact details and documents are never published.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You let us store and display it as needed to run and show the tournament. Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or belongs to someone else without permission.

7. Notifications

We send service messages about your registrations, payments, and matches by email and, if you opt in, WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Reply STOP to stop WhatsApp messages at any time. Message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • tamper with scores, results, registrations, or other users' data;
  • access accounts, pages, or data you are not authorised to use;
  • disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission;
  • use the service or its messaging channels to send spam or harass anyone.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or a tournament's rules.

9. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service running and the data correct, but it is provided "as is". Live scores, schedules, and standings can be delayed or contain mistakes; the organizer's and referee's official decisions always take precedence over what the site shows.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions made by organizers or referees, or for injuries or disputes arising from playing in a tournament. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@control-padel.com. Public tournament results may be kept in anonymised form.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
